ABOUT THE AUTHOR (DR. DHANYA K A)
Dr Dhanya K A is Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Amal College of Advanced Studies, Nilambur, affiliated to University of Calicut, Kerala, India. She holds PhD in commerce from University of Calicut, M Phil from Bharathiar University, M.Com from Calicut University and MBA from Madras University. She also qualified NET and JRF in commerce. Her area of interest covers Financial Management, Capital market, Corporate Governance, Research methodology and business sustainability.

JASEENA K B is Assistant Professor of Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Amal College of Advanced Studies, Nilambur, affiliated to University of Calicut, Kerala, India. She qualified M Phil from Bharathiyar University and M.com from Calicut University. Presently she is doing PhD in commerce at Bharathidasan University, Tamilnadu. She also qualified NET in commerce. Her area of interest covers Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, and Corporate  Social Responsibility.
